Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by binggo88 may result in account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the binggo88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. binggo88 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify binggo88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

binggo88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting binggo88 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.

binggo88 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. binggo88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your binggo88 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. binggo88 reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party payment is suspected.

binggo88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

General bonus conditions applicable to all binggo88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. binggo88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.

binggo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Any other circumstance where binggo88 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or binggo88's regulatory standing.

Upon termination for cause, binggo88 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to Player fault, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
